Who We Are

Catharine Dombrowski is the Mortgage Broker, who is also a CPA (Certified Public Accountant).   Catharine founded Lone Tree Funding & Mortgage in 2002 to meet the needs of her tax clients who needed loans but who did not trust other mortgage industry personnel to develop a loan solution that was truly in the best interests of the client -- not the mortgage professional.   Catharine's deep knowledge of taxes allows her to provide a loan solution with a tax analysis.

Tom Baker is a Senior Loan Officer at Lone Tree Funding & Mortgage.  Tom has deep technical skills in the mortgage industry and has been working as a loan officer for over 20 years.    There isn't a loan scenario that Tom hasn't seen in his 20 years !
